No matter the age, never underestimate the value of words and images from a child. Holy Spirit can speak through them just as much as an adult. I, often, receive prophetic encouragement from my 16 year old niece, Katrina. The Lord will speak something to my heart and then I will receive one of Katrina’s lovely cards with the same words that God was speaking to me about. As a gifted artist, she, also, sends me artwork that she has rendered, again, of what the Lord has been speaking to me or pictures he has been showing me. Sometimes the Lord will speak to us through the children in our lives, and if we take the time to pay attention, we will discover even more of the treasures that God has deposited in them for His glory.
