RECEIPT OF ORDER: Celebrated Children must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card/payment method has been authorized and the stock is checked, Celebrated Children will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records. Celebrated Children reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for whatever reason.

CONTRACT OF SALE: The advertising of products on this site is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Celebrated Children, so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘confirmation of order’ email sent once credit card authorization/payment method has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.

These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Celebrated Children on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Celebrated Children will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of them.

CANCELLATIONS: If you realized you made a mistake and want to cancel your order, please contact us. Since we dispatch quickly, it may not be possible to stop your order so please follow the instructions under our Return Policy in those instances. Exchanges work in the same way. It will be faster to re-order a product rather than send it back for an exchange. We realize this means two transactions on your credit card but feel it is faster for you to get the product you would like.

We hope you will enjoy our products, but if you are not 100% delighted with our apparel, we will refund the cost of the product, not including shipping cost. Return Policy

Celebrated Children Return/Exchange Policy (as of 10/20/2023):

Celebrated Children will accept your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise by mail. We will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 15 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment or as a merchandise exchange. We will not accept returns for products that are damaged by customer, or that has been damaged, lost or stolen in transit, or items without a receipt. FINAL SALE, DISCONTINUED and/or CLOSEOUT ITEMS, SEASONAL AND CHRISTMAS ITEMS:

No returns or exchanges on Final Sale, Discontinued and/or Closeout items, Seasonal and Christmas Item(s). These items will be exchanged ONLY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE for the same item, if that same item is still available. If the defective item is no longer available, you will be issued a refund for the original purchase price paid, or you may exchange it for equal purchase value.

No returns will be accepted more than 15 days after the date of purchase.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Customer pays for both ORIGINAL and RETURN shipping costs and fees, which are not refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

OPTION 1: Repackage merchandise and include your receipt, a short note with reason for the return, your email and phone number, and seal box. Contact us and we will email you a prepaid Return Label for you to print off. Adhere Return Label to the outside of your package. Drop off at a shipping service site of your choice. Ship to the following address: Celebrated Children, Joanie Holsapple, P.O. Box 14, Weyers Cave, VA. 24486.

OPTION 2: Repackage merchandise and include your receipt, a short note with reason for the return, your email and phone number, and seal box. Take the package to a shipping service site of your choice and pay the return postage at the time of shipping. Ship to the following address: Celebrated Children, Joanie Holsapple,P.O. Box 14, Weyers Cave, VA. 24486.

Once your package is received, a refund will be credited based on our return practice guidelines. If using a prepaid return label (OPTION 1) the shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit amount. You will receive an email once the return is completed.

WE CARE ABOUT YOUR SATISFACTION: If we make an ERROR with your order, or if any product is DEFECTIVE (does not include items clearly abused or neglected) when you receive it, we will always correct our error. Just e-mail us and include a PHOTO of defective item with EXPLANATION to joanieh@celebratedchildren.com, and we will promptly take care of it. Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Typographical Errors or Cosmetic Packaging Changes

In the event that a Celebrated Children product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Celebrated Children reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Celebrated Children reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Celebrated Children shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the price paid on that transaction.
